CANCELLATION POLICY
Our stylists’ and Estheticians time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that time frame, the following fees will be incurred: Deposits are (none refundable) if required upon booking 24 hours or more in advance—no fee Less than 24 hours in advance— up to 50% of the cost of services booked. No-shows—100% of the cost of services booked
